  • Led HR transformation efforts for a global technology company.

  • Led organization transformation and leadership coaching engagement for a global pharmaceutical client that was implementing an enterprise-wide SAP/CRM system.

  • Led and facilitated a negotiations, formation/incorporation and organizational change and assimilation efforts; along with expatriate selection, movement, and Cross-Cultural Training for a global joint venture for 3 Telecom Companies.

  • Spearheaded HR/OD change and integration efforts in support of 3 acquisitions over 11 months to include: employee/leadership development, change management, culture change and integration, executive facilitation, and harmonization of policies processes, practices and continuous improvement for a global High-Tech Client. The company grew from a 16,000 employee to a 90,000 Employee 16B Company.

  • Led Organizational Change Management and Communications for a business transformation in global Finance for a Medical Device Company.  Served as an internal partner to Finance Leaders to develop and execute on the change management strategy, facilitated business readiness and training sessions and communications.

  • Led and facilitated union/management negotiations and training to transform the disability process for the US Department of Health and Human Services that culminated in an agreement to engage in process change with the 3 largest government union and resulted in a significantly streamlined process, improved productivity and customer satisfaction with the disability application and compensation award process and a rating grade of a B after and a D- prior from the US Congress.
